Overall Job Purpose
To drive sales activity for Healthy Workplace by developing and converting a sales pipeline in line with the annual sales target.
Deliver the core purpose of Vitality to make people healthier and to enhance and protect their lives.
Accountabilities
Working daily in a consultative manner with external and internal stakeholders developing exceptional relationships
Identifying client requirements and objectives and recommending strategies to support
Ability to articulate the Healthy Workplace propostion with succinct and passionate sales messaging
Objection handling with internal and external stakeholders to allow the value of Healthy Workplace to be realised
Use of face to face, telephone, email and social media consultative sales approaches
Writing bespoke proposal / tender responses specific to the objectives of the client clearly demonstrating the value of Healthy Workplace
Meeting pre-defined sales targets driving sales through the pipeline
Accurate and timely sales reporting to support monthly sales packs and forecasting
Teamwork to support the wider objectives of Healthy Workplace / Vitality
Skills Required
Essential
Consultative sales experience and strategic account planning within corporate wellbeing
Experienced in delivering sales presentations and sales messaging at HR Director level
Experienced in price and contract negotiations: face to face, by phone, by email
Experienced in data and Management Information analytics and presentations to clients
Experienced in proposal writing
Intermediate+ word, excel and powerpoint skills.
Ability to demonstrate an innovative approach to sales development
Experienced in the delivery of technical marketing messages
Multiple stakeholder management
Experienced in being a company ambassador and hosting clients
Desirable
PMI / Wellness / Health industry experience.
