Job Description
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have a Cost Management and Project Management background and be eager to take on a diverse workload including residential, commercial, and hospitality schemes.
Working alongside two Associate Quantity Surveyors, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall take projects from inception to handover, specifically:
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Preparing detailed cost plans
- Project administration
- Cost and variation control
- Settling final accounts
The Quantity Surveyor
- Degree qualified
- MRICS, or working towards
- 3+ years’ UK consultancy experience
- Hard working, ambitious character
- A track record of running jobs
