Property Manager – Duties:
- Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
- Conduct mid-term inspections.
- Organize and conduct check-outs and inventories.
- Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, issue works orders, and process invoices.
- Ensure property compliance with EICR’s, gas safety and EPC certifications.
- Deal with deposit disputes.
- Organize tenancy paperwork.
- Assist with serving section notices as required.
- Support the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
- Perform general Property Manager duties.
Property Manager – Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in lettings or property management is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
