|Main Purpose||To manage multiple high-end residential and commercial projects. Supervise all construction activities ensuring contracts are completed on time, within budget and to the high level of finish while maintaining a safe working environment.|

|Key Areas||Take overall responsibility for the construction project. Maintain and enhance relations with the client, professional team & subcontractors. Attend weekly client meetings and prepare progress reports for the client.Manage the cost of construction within the budget and preparation of variations to agree with the client and contractors.
Manage the allocated site personnel and take time to develop them individually to make use of their strengths and address their weaknesses, building them into a loyal team. Aim to inspire them through example.
Take a close interest in the drawings and details provided to ensure that they are appropriate and practical to build, and use that knowledge to brief all parties involved in the project.
Verify that the project programme is achievable, then monitored and updated. Identify the critical path and key components.
