Job Title: Commercial Building Surveyor
Job type:Full-time
Level: MRICS
Work Location: Birmingham/Midlands
Salary: £48k – £52k plus car, bonus and benefits to start asap.
- The role will be based in Birmingham
- Covering projects for national clients, carrying out core commercial building surveying.
- flexible role with the attraction of home working.
- Ideally applicant should have some knowledge of Residential Surveying andMustbe MRICS qualified.
- Have a good commercial building surveying background – dilapidation, schedule of conditions etc
- More emphasis on qualityof work than quantity.
- Flexible working (would suit family person, hours can be worked around schooling – package tailored to suit individual needs)
