Chartered Building Surveyor – Consultancy – Central London or Kingston
My client is a highly successful provider of Property & Construction Surveying services.
They have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor with a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, to join their enthusiastic team in London. They are a well-established and highly successful property and construction surveying. Skills and Personal Specification
MRICS qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor or working towards Chartered status.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Working knowledge of commonly used Standard Forms of Contract.
Working knowledge of planning procedures, contents of planning documentation and dealing with planning conditions.
Attracting additional work from existing Clients and developing new Clients and workloads.
Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels.
Positive approach to team working with excellent inter-personal skills.
Ability to lead a team both within the Company and a Project Team.
Positive attitude, demonstrable initiative and ability to self-manage and prioritise.
Literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
