A national independent property advisory firm, located in London and the South East of England, is presently hiring a Building Surveyor to support the Building Consultancy division and Regional Director in expanding and providing building consultancy services across the country, with a focus on the London team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in ongoing professional development (LLL) related to building surveying and in accordance with RICS regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues within the company.
- Collaborate and support other company members in delivering building consultancy services.
- Actively promote the Building Consultancy Division and the firm at local and national levels.
- Identify potential Building Consultancy opportunities for internal and external clients to boost services in London and nearby regions.
- Aid the Regional Partner in growing and enhancing the London BCD team.

Qualifications:
- RICS qualified.
- Experience across a broad range of commercial building surveying disciplines.
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 p/a (+ £4,000 car allowance)
Core Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm
